Finance Manager/Senior Accountant

Our client - a multinational production company in the automotive area - is seeking for an experienced and highly motivated candidate to join to their successful team, which is located in Frydek Místek´s region.
We are seeking for a financial expert who could join to their company and manage the financial department with her/his expertise, mainly regarding to the accountancy field. In this position you will be more a financial specialist than leader of a financial team.
Your responsibility will be:
- Preparation of accounting records and accounting in accordance to legislation and regulations
- Organisation of monthly and annual accounts
- Negotiation with auditors, tax advisors and banks, representing the company at tax authorities
- Cash-flow planning
- Monthly reports to the director of company and to the mother company
- Close interaction with other departments
The ideal candidate has financial education, 3-5 years experience in similar position and speaks at least advanced level in English language. It is very important to have knowledge in accounting and tax rules regarding to the Czech Law and also ability to apply them. In this position you should have very good organisation and communication skill, you should be proactive, reliable.
