We are looking for an ambitious, presentable and dynamic individual who is customer and sales orientated and is genuinely interested in real estate.
He/she should have a university degree and some sales experience in real estate. Fluent English and Czech is essential. The candidate on this position will use English on everyday basis.
The main scope of responsibilities will involve letting of industrial properties, identifying potential tenants (cold calling, mailings..); communication with owners of properties as well as tenants, presentation of projects, TOB negotiations.
He/she will also attend real estate conferences in the Czech republic as well as abroad.
