A successful candidate will be responsible for company procedures, standards and policies. The candidate would also underwrite service risks in compliance with company standards, provide support to management by making underwriting decisions and work under key regulatory and risk management responsibilities. Important part of the job is to support the company name in the market.
A suitable candidate should have at least secondary education, at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience and excellent knowledge of underwriting principles and key regulatory requirements. The candidate should also have general underwriting experience (preferably in Casualty lines) and understanding of the broker operational environment. Very good English and fluent Czech is a must.The client is looking for communicative self-motivated candidate with excellent negotiation skills.
