Senior Recruiter / MAUM

Our valuable client, an international automotive company, is currently looking for a new member of their Pilsen-based team to fill the position of SENIOR RECRUITER.

A successful candidate will be responsible for the agenda of recruiting every position in the Pilsen company, coordinating hiring activities, work with channels to support the process and implement job posting, cooperations on building the Recruitment Plan and assistance with the staffing needs in the organization. Important part of the job is also support for brand activities and improvement in connection with recruitment processes and systems.

An ideal candidate should have University degree, minimum 5 years of relevant experience (preferably from recruitment agency), working experience with multinational company and excellent knowledge of MS Office. Fluent English and Czech is a must. The client is looking for a confident, pro-active and enthusiastic candidate with very good communication and presentation skills.
