Job description & responsibilities:
•Set the key customers annual objectives together with the Sales director.
•Develop commercial strategies and plans to deliver goals.
•Adjust and optimise on an ongoing basis.
•Analyse customer performance.
•challenge and validate marketing and promotion plans.
•Adjust & optimise on an ongoing basis.
•Develop and manage overall cooperation framework within key customer.
•Build and maintain network of positive relationships with key players.
•Ensure cross-functional cooperation & information sharing with dedicated attention to field sales collaboration.
•Take necessary initiatives to reach objectives in the framework of agreed budgets.
Requirements:
University degree, experience in Key Account management or similar sales position around 3- 5 years, knowledge of FMCG segment and channels, Advanced in English, excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to organise own work and set priorities. Also upper-user PC skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and driving licence B.
