A successful candidate will be responsible for the whole agenda of HR activities in the Czech republic and Slovakia. You will coordinate hiring activities, implement job posting and work with channels to support the hiring processes. The candidate can fulfill his/her expectations in co-building the Recruitment Plan for the company as well as in cooperation on improvement of recruitment processes and systems. Main part of the work is also support for company brand activities.
An ideal candidate should have University degree, minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (preferably from recruitment agency), working experience with multinational company and excellent knowledge of MS Office. Fluent English and Czech is a must. The client is looking for a confident, pro-active and enthusiastic candidate with very good communication and presentation skills.
