Our client is looking to recruit a Site Manager to take over the responsibility for an administrative building in Prague. The candidate should join the company on 1st April at the latest. It is a great opportunity for a person with a proven track record preferably from a similar background and sound technical knowledge.
The successful candidate is a person familiar with HVAC (TZB) ideally in combination with electrical knowledge. S/he and knows how an office building works and what are the usual technical problems that may arise. We want a hands-on candidate who will be able to deal with these technical issues quickly and effectively. At the same time you should be able to represent our client during potential meetings with tenants. This is a very technical position, so please consider your knowledge before sending in your application.
University degree is not necessary, but English on at least communicative level is a must. Another prerequisite is previous experience in the HVAC area or facility management. As the start should be as soon as possible, we will only consider candidates that can start on 01/04/2013 at the latest.
