A successful candidate will be responsible for the whole agenda of recruitment activities in the Czech republic, Slovakia and Hungary. You will coordinate hiring activities, implement job posting and work with channels to support the hiring processes. The candidate will cooperate on improvement of recruitment processes and systems. The candidate will be working especially with 4 company departments (Marketing, Business, Logistic, Finance).
An ideal candidate should have University degree, minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, working experience with multinational company and excellent knowledge of MS Office. Fluent English is a must, because of presentation and daily international communication. Czech is essential. The client is looking for a confident, pro-active and enthusiastic candidate with very good negotiation and presentation skills.
