Main job tasks:
- Manage and develop customer relationships within Czech market
- Set up effective strategy to achieve commercial and non-commercial targets
- Manage and encourage the sales team, motivation and couching of the team Responsibility for P&L and budgeting
- Negotiation of high-value offers and contracts
- Maintain effortless communication within Czech region and headquarters, regular reporting
- Creation of ongoing analysis of the market, annual sales forecasts and expectations connected to whole Czech region, observation of the competition’s activities
- Understanding completely the product portfolio and solutions
Candidate for this senior position must fulfil these requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in management positions in sales departments and strong experience in the metal processing industry
- Very good management/leadership skills: motivating and inspiring others
- Experience of operational business leadership
- Negotiations skills
- Process driven
- Knowledge of the market and the market trends
- Knowledge of civil, commercial and tax laws at a level required for drawing up and negotiating trade agreements
- Very good command of English
- Driver’s license – active driver
- Knowledge of the MS Office
