Finance Manager / FOPE

Our client, an international FMCG company, is currently looking for the right candidate to fill the position of Finance Manager.
Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will be responsible for the complex FP&A agenda, forecasting, planning and budgeting, as well as controlling, working in compliance with IFRS. You will also be responsible for specific projects within the company, negotiation with business and purchasing departments etc. In this role you will lead a team of app. 5 senior controllers, therefore excellent managerial skills are necessary.
An ideal candidate should have min. 8 years experience on a similar position with good knowledge of IFRS. You should also be an experienced people manager fluent in English and experienced in an international environment. The client is looking for a charismatic, initiative and enthusiastic person, supportive to his/her team, ready to accept demanding deadlines and various challenges.
