For our client, a company that provides enterprise platform for business intelligence, I am looking for Senior Security Engineer
Responsibilities
•Design and implementation of security related features, functions and infrastructure.
•Internal security audits.
•Contribution to design and development of security related policies and processes
•Building the internal knowledge base of best practices related to secure software design
•Take a leadership role in driving security initiative
•Interact with the security community regarding vulnerabilities and threats
•Analyze and respond to various internet threats
Requirements
must:
Past experience with technical aspects of implementing highly secure IT environments complying with industry standards such as ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA or SOC 2.
Deep knowledge of Linux operating system, especially its security related aspects such as SE Linux Networking experience - TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Ability to work overtime
Ability to travel up to 20%
Fluent written and spoken Czech and English
advantage:
Virtualization technologies (Xen and/or KVM)
Cloud technologies (OpenStack and/or AWS)
C, C++ system-level programming knowledge
Practical experience with design and implementation of (virtualized) data centers including networking and storage
