Our client is a Clinical Research Organization and we are looking for new member for our Prague office. You will report to General Manager Czech Republic & Slovakia.
As a Clinical Research Manager you will be responsible for Maintaining good working relationships with internal and external clients to ensure opportunity for acquiring additional new business.
- Project allocation and supervision of assigned direct reports
- Detailed performance review and management of assigned direct reports
- Management and resolution of quality and performance issues
- Measuring quality and performance indicators for assigned staff
Identifying individual training needs and assisting in the conduct of training and development efforts
Communicating management strategies, policies and procedures in conjunction with leadership teams
Ideal candidates will have Minimum 7 years experience in CRO or pharma environment, including 1 year in a leadership role, proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff within a field based environment and Fluency in local language and English.
