LEAN MANAGER

For our client, an international engineering company, we are searching for candidates for the position of LEAN MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Improving manufacturing processes, implementing Lean principles
- Coaching of employees and leading the Continuous Improvement Team
- Leading project teams
- Value Stream Management with the objective of the company culture transformation
- Communication with customers, problem solving
- Cooperation in launching new products
Requirements:
- Technical university degree
- Min. 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing project management is necessary
- Fluent English
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Visio, PP)
- Excellent team leading skills, communicative and persuasive personality, ability to motivate people
- Analytical and technical thinking
