Collection Strategy Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Set up and implement new collection strategies in the region (retail market);
- Audit of collection processes;
- Managing team of collection analysts;
- Managing extra collection and pre-collection campaigns;
- Setting up requirements and managing the collections process;
- Supporting the development of new products and processes across the region;
- Close cooperation with risk management teams in international branches;
- Managing operations productivity to optimize costs and improve performance.
To be considered for this position you need to have:
- 3+ years experience in collection management in retail financial services;
- Knowledge of collections strategies and techniques;
- Proven experience in large and matrix-based organizations;
- Fluent English;
- Strong analytical skills and ability of strategic thinking;
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office tools;
- Knowledge of consumer and banking credit products.
