Our client is one of the largest logistical service provider actually expanding into Central Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia). To support this expansion and the development of CEE region we are looking for
SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER
To support this expansion, and in specific the startup and development of the service center in Kralupy, we are looking for a Site Manager. She/he will manage startup service center in Kralupy in all aspects, and has full budget responsibility.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree with 8 years of experience in management
Relevant experience in a production or distribution environment
Proven track record of achieved results
Experience in green field projects, budget planning, process management
General knowledge of health and safety and maintenance management
Diplomatic and persuasive; the individual must be strategic as well as operationally hands-on, organised, highly motivated and energetic, and able to work with a disciplined approach towards connecting people and social representatives
Strong customer orientation: you is the contact person for the customer in all operational issues, and has daily meetings with the customer
Ability to challenge and drive the performance of 5 direct subordinates and up to 150 indirect subordinates
Excellent language skills in English and Czech both written and verbal.
