For our client, a company that provides enterprise platform for business intelligence, I am looking for SW Development Process Analyst
This position is suitable for person who has extensive knowledge of software lifecycle and can help to deliver the methodology of development and operations measurement, implement the methodology and perform the day-to-day actions based on the results.
You will be responsible for qualitative and quantitative analysis and description of existing processes throughout whole development and operations, for all functions and teams. As part of this position is definition of KPI´s including purpose and impact on reality, followed by implementation of measurement and presentation to management.
Main areas of focus are:
- Performance of the organization while delivering new features
- Quality of delivered software
Requirements
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience at a similar position
Experience in IT development company is advantage
Fluent written and spoken English
Ability to travel
