SENIOR LETTING COORDINATOR/ SHOPPING CENTRES

Due to a high number of new instructions our client is looking for an experienced professional in the field of retail letting.
The main aim of the role is to maximise the occupancy of the entrusted portfolio of shopping centres across the Czech Republic.
Other activities will cover business development, negotiations on letting contracts, communication with construction team and coordination of fit out changes.
The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in letting of shopping centres/ retail units, fluent Czech and English, as well as proactive and dynamic personality.
In return, the client offers stable and friendly working environment of a successful firm, involvement in interesting portfolio of projects as well as motivating renumeration (45 000 - 70 000Czk base salary depending on experience, annual bonus and a generous benefits package).
