ASSET MANAGER - SALE OF PROPERTIES FREQUENT TRAVELLING

Main tasks of the Asset Manager will consist of:
- setting up system for cost optimalisation of residential as well as non-residential assets.
- maximising the total return on the investment for the company
- coordinating sales of properties
- establishing relationship with real estate brokers
- promoting and executing of the sales of all the assets on the market.
- coordination and management of the administrative stages of the asset sales

The Asset Manager will be also in charge of letting of properties; identifying potential tenants and TOB negotiations.
He/she will prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly managerial reports for senior staff members.

Other activities of the Asset Manager:
- preparation, supervision and fulfilment of financial and managerial budgets
- supervision of outgoing and incoming cash flows generated by the assets
- liaison and interaction with the tax & legal advisors and accountants of the group.
- supervision of hiring employees which will assist in operating the assets.
- coordination of repair, construction and other improvement works in respect of the properties
- negotiation of contracts with the third party providers of services.
- regular visits to and inspection of the assets to ensure that the properties are well kept



We are looking for a real estate professional with min. five years of relevant experience in asset management or property sales.


The candidate should have strong knowledge of financial modelling and cash flow analysis, fluent Czech and English and must be willing to travel frequently. Candidate should have their own car - the costs connected with using it will be covered by the client.

Asset Manager will be offered very competitive base salary and provisions from sale/ letting of properties.
