The main objective of the position:
To ensure maximum occupancy rate in the portfolio while achieving the highest profits. Active searching for tenants and improve network within the company. Cooperation on leasing and sales strategies within the Czech republic and Slovakia.
•Managing of the leasing team of 3 people
•Develop strong network with large tenants in order to develop the Build to Suit activity
•Search for potential clients for leasing and identification of new opportunities
•Negotiation with clients about the leasing contracts
•Coordination of construction work together with Property Managers
•Assistance while setting up the leasing strategy
•Management of cooperating real estate agencies
•Strong interaction with Asset Managers and Marketing Team
•Acquisitions and creation of contacts with new tenants and maintaining good relationships with existing ones
•Updating and reviewing the quality of the CRM database
•Participate in the Key Account Management activity in Czech Republic
•Preparation and supervision of tenders and contracts
•Evaluation of the customer needs
•Reporting to management of the company
•Assist in achieving financial goals and any other activities connected with the above
•Cooperation with asset management and finance team as well as construction department
We are looking for a professional with university degree, min. 8 years experience in letting of administrative properties and strategic thinking with excellent market knowledge. It is expected that the candidate speaks fluent Czech and English.
The client offers attractive base salary 80 000 - 120 000Czk , generous commissions based on own performance; annual bonus and a company car.
