Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing the delivery operations team that works within Centre of Excellence in Prague. You will be accountable for ensuring team achieves its agreed service and quality levels to its clients both internal and external. This includes ensuring consistency of process and application of best practice with regards to how digital marketing programmes can be developed and delivered to consumers in the most efficient and optimal way.
You will be accountable for the build and delivery of digital campaigns on behalf of clients. You will manage a team of digital operations specialists and work with them to ensure the team achieve its SLAs and client commitments around quality. In addition you will develop and maintain QA processes to ensure the highest levels of quality in all deliverables.
We require:
• 5+ years’ experience in a management (ideally related to operations)
• Previous experience of working with digital campaign management technology
• Working knowledge of campaign planning, execution and measurement.
• Focus on digital marketing, database marketing, and/or e-commerce
• Process-oriented with a focus on attention to detail and analytical skills in problem solving
