An internationally known company is currently looking for an experienced Business Analysis Manager to lead a team of 5 specialists and develop this area further.
In this position you will be responsible for financial as well business analysis of the company, cooperating with local branches, monitoring their performance, setting up KPIs and assessing their fullfulling in order to maximise level of customer satisfaction. Business intelligence and management information system agenda is covered by the team and it will be required to provide continuous improvement in this area too. You will be also participating on the business planning process and will cooperate with different departments across the company. An important part of the role is people management, coaching and developing the team.
An ideal candidate should have University degree in economics and at least 5-year working experience in business analysis and in a managerial position. Advanced knowledge of SQL and a BI tool is necessary whilst an experience in Cognost is advantageous. Fluency in Czech and English is required too. The client is looking for an experienced and skilled team leader, a natural motivator with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
