A successful candidate will manage the successful running of external congresses, meetings and events run by the company, oversee the design and production of publicity and in-house materials. The candidate will plan strategy for activities at a range of European congresses, meet and cooperate with European medical societies with the organization of regular conferences, work closely with stand builder, product managers and introduce new online tools to improve the project advices for company congress management. The candidate will assist in the production of European sales tools, plan and manage key internal events such as the Annual Sales Meeting.
An ideal candidate should have University degree, minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, experience in design management, preferably within an international environment, in pharmaceutical company, very good project management skills, fluent knowledge of English is a must, other language is a plus and excellent communication skills.
The client is looking for a confident, cooperative, enthusiastic team player, yet able to work independently, with focus on detail.
