Our valuable client, an international pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a new member of their Prague-based team to fill the position of RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ASSISTANT.
A successful candidate will be responsible for the agenda of reception related activities, such as answering incoming calls, welcoming visitors, taking care of office areas, conferences and training meetings. The person must work in compliance with all company regulations and code. Important part of the job is also preparing travel expenses, car reporting and invoice reviewing.
An ideal candidate should have at least secondary education, minimum 2 years of working experience from a similar position and very good knowledge of office application such as MS Office (SAP is a big advantage). The client is looking for an independent worker with good communication skills and costumer friendly approach.
