For a shopping centre in Prague we are looking for a candidate who will be responsible close cooperation with tenants, letting, marketing and property management departments. The person on this position will also participate on preparing operational budget and important part of the job will also consists of reports preparation and analyses.
The candidate will have some experience in property management, very good communication skills, and will be strong at reporting.
Customer customer focus, effectiveness as well as proactive and positive attitude is essential. Fluent Czech/Slovak and communicative English is a must.
