You would be responsible for HR management of the company and associated administration, whole process of recruitment, optimization of HR processes and for overview of the labour law. An important area of your work will be also talent management and compensation, benefits agenda. You will also cooperate with management on HR strategies and organize company events.
An ideal candidate should have at least secondary education, minimum 5 years of working experience from similar position and good PC skills (especially MS Office). Very good level of English and knowledge of Labour code is a must. The client is looking for a responsible and flexible candidate with good presentation skills. The candidate should be an independent person as well as a team player.
