You will provide complete customer service on phone, e-mail and fax for native German and English speaking customers regarding flight tickets, air-flight schedules and other related services.
You will also support travel agencies and answering their queries.
You are the ideal candidate if you have German AND English language knowledge on advanced level-spoken and written. You can prove excellent communication skill and high customer service attitude.
This job is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and for candidates who have already some experience, but want to try a different customer service job.
