Key Responsibilities:
- Development and management of an existing client portfolio
- Maintaining a close working relationship with our European branches
- Management of issues and escalation process, ensuring an effective and timely resolution
- Ensure customer satisfaction and exceeding of the clients’ expectations.
- Develop and maintain process improvement through clear communication with management or other departments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Account Management/Key Account management or similar sales position is an advantage.
- Ability to effectively operate in strict budgets conditions.
- Ability to review performance against targets and acknowledge areas for development.
- Be able to effectively lead, manage, engage and motivate a team.
- Proven ability to persuade key stakeholders by presenting ideas and concerns tailored to the audience in order to gain desired results.
- Creative thinking and innovation, showing evidence of developing a culture of continuous improvement and development.
- Advanced knowledge of the English language, other language knowledge is a bonus.
