YOU would work as GERMAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER ADVISOR at one of our BPO client´s office in Brno. Your daily job is answering phone calls and solving issues for native German end-users regarding smart phones.
You need only FLUENT GERMAN AND COMMUNICATIVE ENGLISH knowledge for this job, but you must enjoy the communication with customers and you need to have a nice, pleasant personality.
