In this job you will be responsible for monitoring of the overall customer service quality. You will participate in evaluation and closely cooperate with all involved parties on evaluation calibration. You will review of phone, e-mail, chat transactions. You will provide feedback about the quality level and suggesting further improvements. Reporting and data analysis would be also part of the process. You should monitoring of customer satisfaction results and comparison with evaluation results.
The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in customer service and 1 year of experience in evaluation and quality monitoring. Advanced English&German knowledge is must for the position. The candidate should have experience with evaluation of various customer contact channels and knowledge of call handling and e-mail etiquette standards. To do your job on maximum level you should have excellent written and spoken communication skills and highly customer orientated attitude.
