A well established and currently booming developer of industrial and logistic projects is looking to recruit a knowledgeable, reliable and focused Letting Manager of middle seniority. The main focus of the Letting Manager will be the management and administration of newly agreed deals and bringing these to a successful end.
Thanks to a roaring market and projects that have been or are about to be finished this is a newly formed position that falls within an asset and letting team of two. Even though you can expect business development activities to some extent, primarily you will be expected to fulfil a role of an account manager. Entrusted with individual deals, your main task will be to obtain and extract all information necessary for a successful deal closure, to be in touch with the client on a daily basis and to serve as a resourceful and proven support for the tenant.
The desired profile is a detailed, organized person that has enough experience to manage working on his own. Minimum of two years of previous track record in industrial or office letting is a must as well as a brilliant knowledge of English language.
