New Product Launch Manager-Industrial

Our multinational client - who is one of the biggest market member in the automotive industry - is searching for a talented and experienced candidate, who has very good project management skills and had already experience in New Product Launch. As the company is rapidly increasing, they need more experts to their production and R&D part.

You will ensure the smooth introduction of new product from the prototyping phase to series production. You need to be sure all internal and external requirements are met in terms of manufacturing process development. You will represent the production location during a project and take responsibility for all activities in area of New Product Launch (Industrial Engineering), Manufacturing Technology Development & Equipment procurement team.You need to plan and review IE department budget, capacity planning (headcount, equipment). Managing and coaching IE team (performance management, career development and training) will be also your responsibility.




You are the best candidate for this job if you have at least 5 years project leader/project coordinator experience and you already managed/coordinated New Product Lunch at a multicultural production company. Due to the international environment you must have advanced English knowledge. For the best understanding the technical processes you should have university degree in engineering and /or equivalent technical experience. You should have good knowledge and experience with manufacturing processes (Industrial engineering, Lean manufacturing, manufacturing technologies, FMEA, product launch procedures). You are the ideal candidate if you have good project management and problem solving skills.
