In this job you will provide customer service support for German speaking clients by handling their calls and answering their questions. You should also ensure that your customers are satisfied, so you have to demonstrate a high level of customer service. You also need to document all requests properly through the internal system and have a good working relationship with the members of the team and the team leader.
To become the ideal candidate you must have a very good German language knowledge for the best understanding of the customer´s requirements. You should have at least an intermediate level in English and able to express yourself on a communicative level. You don´t need any previous work experience, but we require excellent customer service skill and passion about customer care. You should have a strong written and verbal communication skills, friendly, pleasant personality.
The successful candidate will have a market rate salary and also bonuses. Our client is willing to help in relocation and also in accommodation. You will have training regarding your job and also other training which help you in your carrier. There are possibility to have other positions later on as the company has a growing environment.
