Russian Speaking Customer Advisor

Our client, a leading BPO organisation who has operational support team in Brno, is currently offering an excellent possibility for those candidates who want to use their Russian language skills and like to communicate and solve problems.

In this job you will provide customer service support for Russian speaking clients by handling their calls and answering their questions. You should also ensure that your customers are satisfied, so you have to demonstrate a high level of customer service. You also need to document all requests properly through the internal system.


To become the ideal candidate you must have a fluent Russian language knowledge for the best understanding of the customer´s requirements. You should have at least intermediate level in English and able to express yourself on a communicative level. You don´t need any previous work experience, but we require excellent Customer Service skills and passion about customer care. You should have a strong written and verbal communication skills, friendly, pleasant personality.



The successful candidate will have a market rate salary and also bonuses. Our client is willing to help in relocation and also in accommodation. You will have training regarding your job and also other training which help you to develop. There are possibility to have other positions later on as the company has a growing environment.



Brno is the traditional capital city of Moravia and the second largest city in the Czech Republic and inexpensive cost of living. Average cost of living per person per month is in between 500-700 euro.


Unfortunately our client can´t support the work permit process as they want to find the right candidates within a month. So we can consider application from candidates, who can start in June.
