TECHNICAL SUPPORT WITH GERMAN.
For our client, a global company specialized in business support services, we are looking for a talented Technical Support with German.
While working on this position, you will respond to customers’ requests and help them solve their problems, maintain log entries of the requests, search documentation related to the problems and possible solutions and escalate unsolved issues.
We are looking for flexible customer-oriented candidates, who are fluent in English and German. You will need excellent communication and problem solving skills and good analytical thinking. General IT knowledge would be an advantage.
