You will be responsible for:
Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) operational requirements
Set up & review IAM processes, roles and workflows
Solve IAM system and application incidents
Perform IAM solution maintenance and monitoring
Perform verifications and analyses
Support change activities and projects on IAM expertise
Requirements:
Experience in IT support services
Communicative English
Problem solving ability
Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Linux/Unix is an advantage
Identity and access management technical knowledge is an advantage
Ability to script/program to automate tasks is an advantage
Experience with Novell/NetIQ Identity and Access Management system is a benefit
