Your main task is to find new clients for the centre and keep a high customer satisfaction with your present clients. You will also lead & motivate a smaller team of Client Service Representatives and manage the Profit & Loss of your centre. You will have the whole responsibility for the Sales & Operations of this centre. You are directly reporting to the Country Manager to Prague, designing KPIs for the operation of the centre, making reports, strategies.
The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years experience in B2B sales role, where she/he had main focus on the business development and by this experience has an extensive knowledge how to gain new businesses. Also the candidate should have wide network and familiar in the Ostrava´s business market. Ideally the candidate gained sales experience in hospitality/real estate are, had experience to sell office/conference facility or real estate services. Due to the international environment you must speak fluent in English and also the Czech knowledge is a must.
We are seeking for a proactive and sales oriented candidate who is not only able to sell services to client, but could manage a Centre, so she/he has strategically thinking, able to see global goals and also has financial knowledge/experience.
