For our client, a company that delivers IT solutions used worldwide, I am looking for SAP BC SPECIALIST
You will be responsible for:
Administration and support of the complex SAP environment within IT Services
Management of day to day operational activities
Ensure systems availability and performance according to SLA
Ensure that customer requests are resolved according to SLA
Proactively seek, identify and make recommendations for areas of improvement
When necessary, support the functional and development teams, mainly in the area of interfaces
Provide technical leadership and coordination during SAP basis projects (upgrades, migrations, deployments etc) Ensure SAP, Security process and procedures remain compliant with SAP best practices and ITS's overall security policies, processes, procedures and guidelines
Requirements
3 years of experience with SAP Basis
Good communication skills
Good team player
Fluent English
