For our client, a company that delivers IT solutions used worldwide, I am looking for BI Architect
You will be responsible for:
Investigating, analysing and documenting of all or part of a business (functions, processes, information) in a methodical approach.
Defining the architecture requirements, creating viable specifications, for improving any aspect of the processes and systems.
Developing and updating the enterprise architecture. Defining the architecture guidelines. Reviewing and providing consulting to projects on enterprise IT architecture topics, particularly around cross-application integration.
The design and communication of high-level structures to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.
The provision of comprehensive guidance on the development of, and modifications to, solution components to ensure that they take account of relevant architectures, strategies, policies, standards and practices and that existing and planned solution components remain compatible.
Requirements
5 years of experience in BI
Knowledge of Teradata, Cognos and IBM Data Stage or experience with ETL Development
SOA
UML
SQL/XML:2006 ISO/IEC 9075-14:2005 or higher
Good communication skills
Good team player
Fluent English
