On behalf of our client, -a global leader company in outsourcing services, consulting, technology and engineering - we are looking for a GERMAN SPEAKING ADVISOR.
The key responsibilities of the successful Candidate will include providing high level of technical support and customer service to customers with smart phones and other telecom devices. Your goal will be communicate positively with clients and team members.
The ideal Candidate should have strong written and spoken communication skills, ability to use computer system, preferably with experience in telecom devices, operation systems and software application. Fluent German and at least communication level of English is a must.
