If you join to our client´s Customer Service team, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Managing customer requests, complaints, queries
• Entering customer orders/issues and following them up
To be the successful candidate for the Customer Service Specialist role You must speak fluent in German and at least communicative in English. We require at least high-school education for this role. You should have excellent communication skill and You should have customer oriented approach and flexibility.
Brno is the traditional capital city of Moravia and the second largest city in the Czech Republic and very inexpensive cost of living. Average cost of living 500-700 euro/month.
