You will be providing daily office management, travel administration, financial operations and costumer´s support. You will also work on regular and ad-hoc reports. Important part of the work is also recruitment agenda, personal data management, consultancy in matters of labour law and cooperation with management. Regular travels to Brno are required.
An ideal candidate has at least secondary education, min. 3-year experience from similar position, experience with administration as well as with recruitment. Knowledge of Labour law and MS Office is essential. Advanced English and fluent Czech are essential. The client is looking for proactive, assertive person, who is able to multi-task and prioritize.
