Main tasks of the job:
To develop and manage relationship between company and top telecommunaction operators on Czech market. Effectively lead own team of , support and motivate them to achieve set sales targets, KPI’s. Direct and coordinate company’s branches and assure effortless business.
Communicate with local Account managers of telco – companies on daily base, coordinate business activities through meetings, visits etc.
Lead the business and strategy for the accounts
Be responsible for customer relationships and expectations in companies
Ensure strong presence of company products in customer’s global portfolio
Be head of all commercial negotiations and global contracts (price, volume…)
Needed skills:
Confidential personality with excellent negotiation skills
Communication skills
Very good skills in building business relationships and customer care
Ability to lead team of subordinates
Detail orientation
University degree (Economic branch is advance)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Manager/Key Account Manager role.
Knowledge in telecommunication industry is mandatory!
Advanced PC user, very good knowledge of MS Office
Technical knowledge in mobile phones technology
English on advanced level
