For our client, stable international production company in Žatec, I am looking for suitable candidates at the position IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
You will be responsible for:
Deal directly with colleagues either by telephone, electronically or face to face to diagnose and resolve technical software or hardware issues
Manage Hardware and Software inventory
Deal with computer installation, configuration and software distribution tools.
Manage internal and external IT processes, procurement and standards
Troubleshoot IT issues and maintain the IT knowledge base
Requirements
Technical degree in Computer Science
Min. 3 years experience
Knowledge in Hardware and Software mainly Microsoft O.S. (Windows XP & 7) and PC Security
Basic knowledge of Cisco IPT
Knowledge in Networking concepts: LAN Type, TCP/IP knowledge (Addressing, Subnetting, DHCP, DNS)
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and VB Scripting
Windows Server 2003/2008 Skills, Concept of data Sharing, Managing Rights, Skills on Security
Knowledge of Active Directory and data protection
Strong customer focus (internal and external) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Driving license gr. B
Communicative English (spoken and written)
Willing to travel (approximately 10%)
