For our client, stable international production company in Žatec, I am looking for suitable candidates for IT SUPERVISOR/ TEAMLEADER
Suitable candidate will have a proven track record of providing application support, project leadership and organizational leadership. The position requires a high degree of organizational skills, communication skills and the ability to collaborate to work through complex issues. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, applications, and tools is a plus
Responsibilities
Work with IT and business leadership teams to develop and support strategies and implement solutions
Provide supervision and organizational leadership
Provide technical solutions, project plans, and project leadership
Support a wide range of applications, including off-hours problem resolution
Evaluate, acquire, and manage purchased software
Manage IT and business change
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering and min. 5 years of experience or min. 7 years of experience
Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, Information Security practices and the architecture of software systems and interfaces
Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server 2003/2008 Skills, Concept of data Sharing, Managing Rights
Knowledge in Networking concepts: LAN Type, TCP/IP knowledge (Addressing, Subnetting, DHCP, DNS)
Knowledge in Hardware and Software, especially MS Products
Basic knowledge or understanding of regulations and compliance issues associated with SOX IT
Ability to implement innovative solutions and sustain improvements
Planning and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus (internal and external) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English and Czech (spoken and written)
Willing to travel (approximately 10%)
