As Customer Care Specialist you will be the contact person for the internal and external customers. You will enter customer orders into the system, confirm the possible delivery date of the product with the method of delivery, also informing the customer of any changes in delivery dates and reasons. You will cooperate with other departments (production, production planning, logistics) regarding to customer issues and requirements. You have also reporting tasks and you will participate in regular production and other meetings.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years experience in customer service role, preferably worked at a manufacture company with experience in technical products. You must have at least high school degree, preferably with mechanical engineering, economics or language specialisation. Due to the international environment and the foreign customers you must speak at least on advanced level in English. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also requirement.
