As Administrative Customer Support your task will provide administration support regarding to insurance area. You will also renewing of existing insurance contracts, preparation and issuing of new insurance documents, adjusting of existing contracts during the year. You will also entering , maintaining and updating data in applications. You will also communicate with the Dutch customer regularly.
The ideal candidate has an intermediate English and advanced Dutch language knowledge with confidant using during the daily job. She/he has good communication skills (especially written communication) and ability to build good customer relations. Previous experience on a position within customer service/insurance is not a must, but highly desired. We are searching for someone who has eye for details and very good analytical skills.
