A world-known developer company is currently looking for the right candidate to fill the position of SENIOR LAWYER.
You will be responsible for preparation of legal materials and complex contracts, analyses of legal documents and representation the company in legal matters. You will be focused on real estate, construction law, FLA. You will communicate with Land Register, Trade Register, Commercial Register and other relevant institutions. Very important part of your work will be providing consultancy to other departments about legal problems.
The candidate must have University degree, at least 6 years of relevant working experience and working experience from real estate or developer area. The candidate should have a very good knowledge of legal legislation, real estate/construction law. Excellent English (written and spoken) is a must. We are looking for dynamic and innovative candidate with drive!
