On behalf of our client, -a global leader company in outsourcing services, consulting, technology and engineering - we are looking for a Technical Support person for Windows area with excellent German.

You will respond to email tickets and phone calls to resolve end users queries. You will configuring and troubleshooting all technical issues with hardware and software.
You interact with Level2/level3 support teams and third party vendors.

You must speak fluent level in German+communicative level in English and should have basic knowledge in IT (Windows/Unix) along with good working skills (Word , Excel, PPT). You should have experience in troubleshooting technical problems and have excellent Customer Service skill.


You should be able to travel to the client site in Europe for 1 month for transition/training!
