You will respond to email tickets and phone calls to resolve end users queries. You will configuring and troubleshooting all technical issues with hardware and software.
You interact with Level2/level3 support teams and third party vendors.
You must speak fluent level in German+communicative level in English and should have basic knowledge in IT (Windows/Unix) along with good working skills (Word , Excel, PPT). You should have experience in troubleshooting technical problems and have excellent Customer Service skill.
You should be able to travel to the client site in Europe for 1 month for transition/training!
