Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and presentable candidate for the position of a Tenant Representative. It is a newly formed role which resulted from the situation on the market and omnipresent effort to reduce the office lease costs.
You will represent the tenants and help them cut their real estate costs either by relocating a single office or forming an overall strategy to acquire new space. This will involve the identification of your client’s needs, consequent searching for suitable premises, negotiation of terms and conditions and finally liaison with legal companies. You might be also expected to assist the client with disposing of the existing property or lease.
This is a role that is very much based on mutual trust, professional relationship and as such requires a mature, proven and detailed personality with strong integrity and task-orientation. Previous experience of minimally 5 years as well as perfect knowledge of English language is an absolute and total must.
In return, the client offers motivational remuneration, benefit package and annual bonus depending on how much money you will save the represented tenants.
