An international, well-known financial institution is currently looking for an experienced people manager for the position of a Payments Settlements Manager.
You will be leading a small team of specialist and will be responsible for the team's motivation and evaluation, monitoring their KPIs etc. You will also participate in various projects within Retail Banking and will also cover reporting of the results to the company’s management. A hands-on approach is necessary when dealing with the settlements agenda itself, recognising the various risks and participating on methodology setting of the given department.
As an ideal candidate you have a University education, minimum 3 years of experience from the area of settlements and relevant team leading skills. You should have a good knowledge of banking sector in the Czech Republic and working experience of banking systems. Very good English and fluent Czech are essential . We are looking for a proactive and pro-client oriented candidate, who has excellent managerial skills.
